BRANOperl in detail: siliconized release and scratch protection paper for day-to-day production
BRANOperl is a siliconized release and scratch protection paper – also known simply as release paper – based on imitation parchment paper, kraft paper or a kraft paper laminate. The silicone coating gives BRANOperl very good release properties and reliably prevents materials from sticking together or adhering to surfaces. BRANOperl also protects surfaces against scratches. This supports clean and economical working throughout the production process.
BRANOperl is available in various qualities based on imitation parchment paper, kraft paper or a kraft paper laminate. This makes it possible to match the right solution to your specific requirements.
Depending on the paper version, BRANOperl offers good heat resistance and is suitable for use in thermal processes. Individual printing is also available – for markings, logos or process-relevant information, for example.
BRANOperl is a paper-based material and can be disposed of through standard waste paper collection without separating the materials first.

If BRANOperl is uncontaminated, it can be fully recycled through waste paper collection and returned to the paper cycle. If the material has become contaminated during the process – by resins, bitumen or rubber, for example – it should be sent for energy recovery. This ensures a recovery route for every application.
